• ISO Accreditation
  We are proud to announce that, on 18th February 2008, Better Hearing Australia Brisbane Inc received the Global-Mark Certificate of Approval for achieving ISO 9001-2000 : Quality Management Requirements relating to information services, peer support and tutoring for hearing loss management.
  
  
• BHA Brisbane Headquarters has been repainted
  The BHA Brisbane headquarters building was repainted in 2007, thanks to a grant from the Gaming Association.

• Annual General Meeting - 29 September 2007
  At our AGM held on 29 September 2007, Betty Gofton was presented with a Honorary Life Membership by BHA President, Janet Kable.
  Congratulations, Betty!
  Special presentations were also made to Pam O’Gorman (Co-ordinator of Teachers) and Sue Brown (Snr Administrator) for their contribution to the Quality Assurance Program leading to ISO (International Standards Organisation) Accreditation.
